Our expert team of negotiation training professionals is led by Peter Barron Stark. Peter has been training negotiators for twenty years. He is President of Peter Barron Stark Companies, a San Diego based firm specializing in helping organizations strengthen their business by developing their people. Through a variety of programs including training, executive coaching, and employee opinion surveys, they assist hundreds of organizations each year improve their corporate culture and build environments where employees love to come to work.

Peter speaks over 100 days a year and has motivated and inspired thousands of individuals all over the world. He holds the prestigious designation of Accredited Speaker from Toastmaster’s International, an award bestowed on only 58 individuals out of 250,000 members. He has also earned the coveted CSP designation from the National Speaker’s Association and was chosen as the “Outstanding Faculty Member” for the College of Extended Studies at San Diego State University.

She is a senior consultant and trainer for Peter Barron Stark Companies, a management consulting firm that specializes in training, from negotiating skills to leadership. She has co-authored several books, including The Only Leadership Book You’ll Ever Need, The Competent Leader, Lifetime Leadership – Leaving Your Legacy, The Pocket Guide to Leadership and The Only Guide to Employee Opinion Surveys.
